Effective Date & Document History
These Terms of Service and Booking Conditions took effect on October 17, 2026. This date sets the operating standard for machinery dispatches and guest stays scheduled at Shiloh Farm. Prior drafts and notices are superseded.
Clients and retreat guests are bound by the terms active on the calendar date farm dispatch confirms their inquiry.
Operating Entity & Facility Location
These terms form a direct agreement between you and Autonfarms, an agricultural business founded in 2020 and trading publicly at autonfarms.com under the trade name AUTON FARMS.
Our headquarters and guest facilities sit at Shiloh Farm, 1400 ROPER RD., LAVONIA, GA 30553, LAVONIA, GA, United States. The owner and farm crew maintain the equipment and host guests directly. We use no subcontracted dispatch agents and no third-party booking brokers.
Scope of Operations & Rural Activities
Auton Farms provides tractor land clearing and rural farm stays in Franklin County, Georgia. Mechanical work covers rough-cut rotary mowing with 50-horsepower diesel tractors, utility trailer hauling up to 7,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating, and corral fence clearing.
Accommodations at Shiloh Farm host private groups of 2 to 6 guests for 1 to 2 nights. Bookings require advance notice of 7 to 30 days. We hold to this window so active machinery schedules and guest preparation do not conflict.
Auton Farms does not cut residential lawns with zero-turn mowers. We do not sell retail machinery or host drop-in public tours. Guests must stay within marked perimeters and observe all safety instructions given by the farm crew.
Inquiry-Only Catalogue & Estimate Conversion
Nothing on autonfarms.com is sold online. No cart or automated checkout runs on this site. No payments are collected through these pages.
Numbers from our live estimator provide estimated planning bands rather than binding quotes. Soil conditions, hidden field rocks, slope angles, briar density, and ground moisture dictate what a field job actually demands.
An inquiry transitions into a confirmed work dispatch or guest reservation through four required steps:
- Direct discussion with the owner or dispatch operator via phone or our inquiry form.
- Physical evaluation or satellite boundary verification of the target acreage parcel or guest stay dates.
- Marking of underground utilities, irrigation pipes, and buried metal scrap by the property owner.
- Mutual execution of a written work agreement or booking voucher stating dates, machinery, and final pricing.
Fee Structure, Currency & Pricing Determinants
All rates, estimates, and invoices are quoted and payable in United States Dollars (USD).
Quotes depend strictly on four verified operating variables:
- Parcel Acreage: Field rotary mowing begins from $45.00 per acre, with a mandatory 2-acre minimum dispatch.
- Seasonality: Spring and summer growth requires heavier throttle, lower ground speeds, and frequent radiator screen cleanouts, altering hourly output.
- Work Classification: Mowing brush, clearing fence lines at $65.00 per hour, or hauling machinery on our tandem-axle trailer at $95.00 dispatch plus $2.85 per loaded mile.
- Lodging & Group Scale: Accommodations at Shiloh Farm run $160.00 per night for 1 to 2 nights, scaled to groups of 2 to 6 guests.
Unmarked field obstacles halt work immediately. Submerged granite stones and tangled fence wire ruin hardened cutter blades. Clearing hidden wire or repairing damaged blades caused by unmarked hazards will be billed at standard mechanical shop rates.
Acceptable Site Use & Prohibited Actions
We grant visitors access to autonfarms.com to evaluate field machinery, plan countryside stays, and communicate with our farm dispatch.
You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:
- Submitting fraudulent inquiries or testing automated scripts against sorif9a.php or hocoe9f.php.
- Bypassing form honeypots or attempting to inject malicious payload headers into our server logs.
- Scraping our machinery specifications, photographs, or pricing schedules with web scrapers.
- Harvesting telephone or email details for marketing lists or cold sales outreach.
- Misrepresenting real estate ownership or ordering tractor work across land you do not hold legal authority to clear.
Intellectual Property & Photographic Ownership
All materials on autonfarms.com, including photographs of our equipment, vector brand logos, and written specifications, are the intellectual property of Autonfarms. They are protected under United States copyright and trademark laws.
The names AUTON FARMS and Shiloh Farm may not be reproduced without written consent from the owner. The photographs on this site show our real machinery in Lavonia, not stock clips. Copying or hotlinking our photography for third-party commercial use is prohibited.
Operational Disclaimers & Workmanship Guarantee
This website and its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Auton Farms disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific agricultural purpose, or uninterrupted server availability.
The Auton Farms Workmanship Guarantee (#warranty): We work with heavy iron and Georgia dirt. For all tractor rotary cutting and corral maintenance, we conduct a physical walkthrough with the property owner immediately upon completing the cut. If any area inside the flagged boundary was missed or cut higher than the agreed deck height, we drop the rotary cutter and re-cut the section before the tractor is chained to the trailer. No extra fee.
This guarantee does not cover weed regrowth following dispatch, subterranean root systems, damage caused by undisclosed underground utilities, or crop yields affected by drought or rainfall.
Limitation of Operator Liability
Autonfarms and its crew are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or reliance on preliminary planning estimates.
For field operations and retreat stays, total aggregate liability of Auton Farms for any verified claim shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the client for that specific dispatch or overnight stay.
Working agricultural land carries physical risk. Corrals, utility trailers, and open acreage involve uneven ground, briars, and rural terrain. Guests agree to exercise reasonable care, stay clear of operating machinery, and supervise children at all times.
Cancellation Policies & Access Termination
Auton Farms reserves the right to deny site access, refuse dispatch requests, or cancel guest bookings. Grounds for cancellation include safety violations on farm property, abusive conduct toward crew members, failure to flag hazardous ground obstacles, or fraudulent inquiry submissions.
Retreat Cancellation Windows: Shiloh Farm hosts one private group at a time. Cancellations submitted more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival receive a full refund or date reschedule. Cancellations submitted between 7 and 14 days prior incur a 50% reservation retention fee. Cancellations submitted under 7 days forfeit the deposit.
Weather and Soil Ground Stops: Severe Georgia thunderstorms or soaked ground will cut ruts into pastures and pose tractor rollover hazards on slopes. In such conditions, Auton Farms pauses dispatches and reschedules without financial penalty.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Venue
These terms and any agreements executed with Auton Farms are governed by and construed under the laws of GA, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any legal action or dispute arising from this website or our farm operations will be heard exclusively in the courts of LAVONIA, Franklin County, GA. You submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these local courts.
Modifications to Booking Conditions & Terms
We update these Terms of Service and Booking Conditions when equipment upgrades, rate adjustments, or operating changes occur.
Revisions are posted directly to autonfarms.com with an updated effective date. Continued inquiry submissions or dispatch confirmations following an update indicate acceptance of the current terms.
