Field machinery deployed on real acreage.
Auton Farms runs mechanical pasture cutting, tandem trailer transport, and fence-line clearing across Lavonia and Franklin County. We own every implement, turn our own wrenches, and price work on clear acreage and mileage baselines.
Cut.
Pasture rotary mowing and brush hogging require sufficient horsepower to keep implement blade-tip speed high through heavy summer growth.
We run a 50-horsepower four-wheel drive diesel tractor turning a heavy 6-foot rotary cutter. The cutter deck uses dual free-swinging forged heat-treated alloy steel blades that mulch woody stems, sweetgum saplings, blackberry briars, and broom sedge up to two inches thick.
Tractor brush cutting in Lavonia GA requires respect for terrain. We walk or scout acreage boundaries for concealed boulders, abandoned well heads, and discarded fencing wire prior to dropping the deck. Light zero-turn lawn mowers ruin hydrostatic transmissions in pasture grass; our PTO-driven gearbox and slip-clutch driveline are built for tough pasture reclamation.

Tow.
Our 18-foot tandem-axle utility equipment trailer provides direct transport for farm machinery, building materials, and bulk rural cargo up to 7,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating.
Equipment hauling in Georgia demands compliant equipment, properly functioning electric brakes, and secure rigging. We do not use lightweight residential utility trailers with single 3,500-lb axles. We operate twin Dexter axles with electric drum braking on all four wheels, high-capacity stake pockets, and heavy-duty structural steel channel frame rails.
In full compliance with U.S. vehicle and equipment advertising standards, our fleet inventory is owned and operated on-site in Lavonia, GA. We do not advertise brokerage listings or phantom haulage units. Dispatch is direct with the farm truck and operator.

Maintain.
Post-and-wire livestock corrals and pasture perimeters require mechanical and hand clearing to stop brush from grounding electric chargers or rotting wooden posts.
Heavy tractors cannot run flush along wire fences without snagging tension strands or snapping wooden posts. Auton Farms uses hydraulic reach attachments, specialized brush cutters, and commercial walk-behind trimmers to clear growth within inches of fence lines.
We clear invasive privet hedge, wild honeysuckle, green briar, and seedling pine from cedar posts, t-posts, and field fencing. Keeping fence lines clear prevents livestock escapes and reduces seasonal maintenance costs.
Torque.
Every piece of iron that arrives at your property is serviced in our own workshop at 1400 Roper Rd. We do not dispatch equipment with dull blades, worn bearings, or leaking hydraulic fittings.
Rotary cutter blades are pulled, ground, and balanced on a regular operating schedule. Dull blades tear pasture stems instead of slicing them clean, leaving grass crowns open to rot and disease. We maintain blade edges, grease slip clutches before every heavy cut, and inspect trailer wheel bearings before hitting Georgia highways.
Founded in 2020, Auton Farms operates on an honest standard: we do the physical work ourselves, we take pride in well-maintained diesel equipment, and we treat client property with the same care we give Shiloh Farm.
Schedule.
Field operations are scheduled based on seasonal weather, ground moisture, and machinery queue. Advance booking of seven to thirty days ensures timely dispatch.
Submit your parcel details or telephone our dispatch line directly. We will review your acreage size, slope, fence access gates, and schedule a field evaluation.
